 Implementation Support

We believe that a successful training and education program offers the core enabler for a successful implementation and operational integrity of Active Risk Manager.

For large deployments we will work with the customers training department to development the necessary training strategy and plan, and to develop and train the training team and necessary training material. In this way our customers can become a lot more independent on their future training needs and handle any specific requirements such as conversion of the training material into other languages.

As well as standard training courses, we also help our customers build custom training programs that include aspects of their risk and opportunity management process. In this way the trainees receive training in the process and the software supporting this process in a single training session. This also has the advantage of re-enforcing the business process.

To achieve this we have invested in the following standard training courses:

We can deliver our training programs in either of our own training environments in London or Washington DC, or on site at our customers premises.

Wherever you prefer to hold your course, we work with your training manager to ensure the training process is planned right down to ensuring that the relevant configuration and database is setup the day before for the users to access as part of the training, and that the training satisfaction surveys are completed prior to trainees leaving the course.

As part of the training strategy we focus on the quality of the training, the need for ongoing training of new staff and the updating of the process and system training material based upon new software releases and process changes.

We use a variety of training material to achieve the desired results. The standard material is made available to our customers in Microsoft Word format, so this can be branded and modified if desired by the customers training department. We can also develop computer based training programs for our customers to be used either during the training process, or on demand by users when trying to use the software.
