Alastair Allison: Head of Risk Management Services
Alastair Allison has over twenty years of risk, crisis management, project and programme management experience. Before joining STG, he was Enterprise Risk Manager for Paradigm Secure Communications Ltd, reporting directly to Board level on progress against the risk management strategy that he had designed. Alastair was responsible for developing the project and programme risk management practices along with business risk practices to support the wider business needs (including legal and commercial risk management as well as internal audit. Allison began his career in Royal Air Force where he became an Officer and a subject matter expert in technical project management, business continuity and risk assessment.
Bob Bell: VP Enterprise Risk Solutions (US)
Bob Bell retired from a 25-year career at Lockheed Martin to take up a new position as an industry and implementation expert. For 7 years, Bob was the risk manager for the JSF programme at Lockheed Martin. He led the development and implementation of the JSF risk management processes and rolled out these procedures for the aeronautic sector of Lockheed Martin. Bob is an Adjunct Professor teaching at Southern Methodist University, and is a recognised expert on risk management.
Tom Teixeira: VP Enterprise Risk Solutions (EU)
Tom started his career in the Ministry of Defence and during his 11 years there he achieved a Masters in Defence Systems Engineering and won the GEMS award for innovation in recognition of his pioneering development of risk management software. Tom was key to the original concept and development of Active Risk Manager (ARM), and has provided risk management services and advice to most of our existing customers. The experience he gained gave him the opportunity to join Rolls-Royce corporate headquarters in 2005 as Head of Enterprise Risk Management where he was responsible for the deployment of an effective corporate risk reporting process supported by an enterprise risk software capability.
